This fun tissue garland will add flair to your event! Hang on the wall over the cake table, decorate a door frame, string up outside from the branches – the possibilities are endless!

This tissue garland comes in a kit with easy to assemble instructions. Included are: 16 pre-cut pieces of 8″ tissue to create tassels; 8 feet of string for hanging; and 16 pieces of 9″ color ribbon to tie tassels to string. Once assembled, the garland measures 8 feet long. The colors on this fiesta garland are lime, red, yellow, and aqua blue!
